Returns for Any Reason

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags (if applicable) must be attached

To start a return, please contact us at support@playernation.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is a printing or manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When reaching out, include you order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Tracking defective items let's us work on improving specific aspects of our production life cycle so any information you can provide is appreciated.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not have a mechanism to offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please email us at support@playernation.com to return the original product following the steps above and place a new order.
